FedEx says they attempted delivery..
yet I found no door tag. When I called to track it, I’m told someone came to pick it up at their Hub.

They say they’ve brought in Security to view surveillance tapes, and (so far) their Counter Associate claims he asked (& was supplied) PROOF from this thief.

Communicate with the sender that you did not receive the phone. If you can prove who you are and the counter person doesn’t testify that he gave it to you, it is FedEx and the sender’s problem. There is usually $100 automatic insurance with a FedEx package. Major companies can negotiate other deals due to the level of business they do. This should resolve in your favor.
