Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, Orange Vest and Quetzal?
i can’t seem to find the guy with the orange vest or able to hear the quetzal. please help
I found him on the southern most region of the map hiding on a tree. If he’s not randomly placed, he’s there. Not on the map where you first start the mission.
